Policy

These are the terms and policy for sales, returns, and shipping of merchandise purchased online from Boxer's Crystals. This policy may be changed at any time by Boxer's Crystals. By purchasing any item from boxerscrystals.net you agree to this policy.

Sales

  1. All purchases are processed though PayPal at this time. However you do not need to sign up for a paypal account to make a purchase (please see paypal.com for more details).
  2. Due to the extreme weight and high cost of shipping for many of our items all sales will be final.
  3. Due to the high rate of internet fraud all credit card purchases must be shipped to the billing address associated with that credit card. Any non matching purchases will be denied.
  4. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.
  5. There is a minimum purchase of $10.00 (US) on all orders.

Returns

  1. Due to the nature of the items sold, all sales are final. No returns.
  2. All items leave our shop properly packaged to ensure item safety during shipping.
  3. We assume no responsibility of damage during the shipping process.

Shipping

  1. All item purchased will be shipped within 10 days of purchase.
  2. Shipping charges are based per item. This will be shown and added during the checkout process of your purchase.
  3. To help keep your cost as low as we possibly can our main source of shipping is U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). All purchases up to 70 lbs. will be shipped thru U.S.P.S. When applicable multiple items purchased, totaling more than 70 lbs. collectively, will be shipped in multiple boxes to help keep down shipping costs. All boxes will be shipped the same day.
  4. Items weighing 71 - 150 lbs. will be shipped either thru U.P.S. or FedEx.
  5. Items weighing more than 150 lbs. will be shipped thru a private carrier, as U.S.P.S., U.P.S., and FedEx do not ship items over 150 lbs. These items may incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case, the item will be noted as such.

This policy may be altered at any time. It is the customers responsibility to view this policy to note any changes before purchase.
